This is what Kern means by "soon" ?
Opss I ment 2018. Sorry for the typo.
The reviewer is right about the imposing infodump at the start - the comic shall start as story of Ariel and the infodump prologue shall be moved later, after chapter 4, so the new reader who persisted and was "caught" by the comics could learn about the background.
I really don't really have a good enough of opinion about that subject. I'll say didn't seem wrong to me when I start reading this comic. *shrug* I guess info dumbs don't bother me that much.
The reviewer is wrong about slavery - it is not extensive, at least in the underworld, the light elves are rare luxury goods for the elite. Unlike classic DnD Drow, Chel economy runs not on slave labor, but on starving commoner labor.
Yep, and he's wrong about the Golems too. The Beldrobbaen and the Balvhakara seem to be the only clans that use them frequently. The Siege and single unit golems piloted be living drow. They're not robots, the polite/s can get tried in them. ( The wiki dose need to be edited the info about them.)
Humans are seen as inferior species, because this is what they are.
It is the canon that difference between Drow and human is like difference between human and monkey. The reviewer is right that Drow do not treat them as equal - if the Drow took humans seriously, the humans would be extinct long ago.
I would ague that the non Fae have some over the drowned in the elves in general. First they don't need mana to live, so they can almost go anywhere for long periods of time away. They can reproduces faster and they have more numbers.
Kern said this about the over worlders.
http://drowtales.tumblr.com/post/158942 ... an-goblinsThe Hermionne seem vary successful taking a lot of land in just a span of 200 years.
http://wiki.drowtales.com/index.php/Goblins#HermionneUnfortunately, due to timing and RL problems (Think Kite and Kern were trying to find another house while they were doing chapter 44) The Hermionne did not look as threatening as they should have been. It would've been better if they killed a few commoners before getting into a fight with the main characters. It would make them more intimidating.
I did herd Kern on one streams, that if he did the comic agin, he would not use human-like races as the above world acceptance.
There is more, it is weird how long the reviewer dwells on one infamous long ago deleted page from chapter four, and it is funny how he admires Drowtales "media empire"

, but this is all from me for now.
Yeah that does seem to be a bit of overstatement. If you was part of "media empire" Karen would be driving a Mercedes instead Hyundai Elantra and living a more more luxurious home then the one there in.
And it does seem like Kern is not into that sort of thing anymore(it looks like he is into BDSM anymore to). I dose sound like this reviewer dose have a grudge against porn in general.
