I've got the same one, and I'm beginning to suspect it was true of the previous actions as well, given that there's that whole "no being born as a slave" thing that was there IMMEDIATELY after the update to 2.0... might have flipped over on accident? More likely it was a simple mistaken post, but still it might be the case for both archives =S

Edit: Nevermind, now that we know the farmer skills we should be fine as long as the one action per sector doesn't prevent food production.
