He answered her questions well enough. She was eager to know and kept asking and asking.
After she ran out of questions along those lines she changed the subject. "This might sound silly, but you sound like you were really close so I was wondering, you said you didn't see her after she got pregnant. Why was that? I mean I get that she wouldn't be out partying but still. You just don't cut all ties with someone for no reason right?"
