One dagger (hidden), two hidden knives and there are four knives hidden in her sleeves. Black leather duffel bag, carrying extra clothes (Velkyn equipment, etc), her monthly allowance of 40 ada and two vials of her personal parfum.
Clothing:
Dark blue long, billow sleeve knee length shirt with a small v-neck slit, black shorts, a wide black belt, and black calf high leather boots.

Magic:
Light affinity
Mana Manipulation

Beginning city:
Val'Raveran

Clan:
Qin'dalasque

Background:
Sik's reality took a serious jot when she turned 10. Growing up in Val'Raveran, she knew where she stood. Everything had a solid routine, learning golem craft from her mother and helping her father sell parfums. And then she was shipped off to the maze of Chel and she learned very quickly the arts of her parent's clan the Qin'dalasque. She learned from observation and maneuvered through the maze with cunning. Eventually she slipped into the role of the socialite and gossiper. She spent her time between her studies she played the gossiping merchant girl, with little in her head beyond the latest rumor and where the next party will be.

For 25 years her life passed like this and while she didn't really make a dent on the social scale enough to count, she was something. She just wasn't worthy of being called the "annoying busy body" girl even within her own circles. Still she managed to sort news and spread to those who would listen. It became a routine, right up in till she was dragged back home. Not literally thank goodness, but her parents pleaded money issues and there was just no keeping her in Orthorbbae. Upon her return, she sent back out due to her clan tradition though not as a girl from a fine merchant family. No she was simple another face in the crowd. A commoner.

It was a struggle. A serious struggle. It differed so greatly from her time in Orthorbbae that she would constant have to catch herself from reveling who she was. Yet, it was the same. The same need to survive, except this time she wasn't merely playing a role to avoid the fighting, killing, and feuds. No, she had different worries. Such as food, clothing, and those desperate or greedy enough to see her as food. Things that she had passed by in a carriage or had ignored as she walked down the street. Now she was one of them, slumped against the side of building her belly growling. Yet not all her studies were wasted. She quickly learned to the streets wicked games, petty cons and gambling. How to cheat well and how to know when you've been cheated. Most important, where information flows and the understanding that rumors, whispers, and lies were a nation life blood and the right words could send a group into ruins.

For years she wondered the streets of Val'Raveran, and then just before her Fall from Grace was complete the tainted scare began. The scary echo of the Nidraa'chal war ran through the marketplace and left Sik scarred with nightmares for months. A terrifying time, yet it cemented not just her place in her the clan, though what that place is has yet to be seen, but also her ideals on tainting. Given her range of talents, many have called upon her, but for the most part she works the casino as a "public" member using all her gained skills to not just gleam information from their patrons, but "aid" the house. When she isn't doing that, she is often in Velkyn gathering information from other agents elsewhere.

Description:
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 125 lbs
Eye Color: Burnt yellow
Hair Color: Mostly white, with the ends dyed rustic red to black.
General Appearance:
She carries to no visible scars, at least in her regular persona. She wears her wavy, waist length hair in a ponytail held at the nape of her neck with a black leather tie, with shoulder length bangs framing her sharp face (think fox tail).

Character: Sik'sani Qin'dalasque

  • Worldsetting accuracy - (6)
  • Mana arts - (4)
  • Abilities - (5)
  • Items - (6)
  • Total power level - (5)
  • Backstory cohesiveness - (4)
  • Plausibility - (6)
Conclusion: Conditionally Approved.

It's a bit thin, the background, but it is sufficient.

Post to confirm that she has no training with her light affinity, having instead focused on learning earth high art, after that you may begin play.

Alternately, post that she has trained in light sorcery, but not earth high art. Meaning earth high art is removed from the character sheet entirely.

After posting either statement you can begin play. If you disagree with the assessment you must take your character to the Newbie School thread.

I will get (edit: have gotten) rid of the Earth High Sorcery.
Though I am confused, I thought that when one went to Orthorbbae they would study more than one type of mana art?
Or does it depend on how many years she remained there?

Magic:
Fire Sorcery, level 77/100
Wind Arts, level 62/100

Beginning City: Val’Raveran

Clan: Val’Sarghress

Background:
Personality: Fairly calm and focused, but tendency to solve things with fire as much as possible. Also tendency toward sensuality, but generally frugal in nature.

Key Life Events:
Wre’kesa Sarghress was born in Chel’el’sussoloth in a Sarghress-controlled province. His mother was a moderately high ranked member of the Sarghress Army; his father was an architect. At age 3, Wre’kesa began to manifest a talent in Fire Sorcery. He subsequently lit the house on fire.

The next nine years proceeded normally, if with somewhat more combustion then is usual in a child’s lifetime. This tendency toward fire was suppressed sufficiently that by age 12, Wre’kesa could safely be enrolled in Sarghress Basic Training. The following years passed normally enough for a “grunt” in Basic Training. He eventually graduated and began to specialize in spell casting and sorcery. This led to his accidentally lighting the Practice Fields on fire when he was 40 while experimenting with combinations of Fire Sorcery and Wind Arts. For this serious destruction of Sarghress property, he is almost executed. Luckily enough, his pyromaniacal tendencies were viewed by the court martial board as being sufficiently useful to keep him from being killed. He was sentenced to two years imprisonment and menial labor. Afterwards, he attempted to join the Highland Raiders. He was initially turned down, but he persevered and trained until he was considered sufficiently valuable as a soldier, despite his past history, to join up at age 50.

From age 50 to age 70, Wre’kesa spent his time journeying about the Overworld and obtaining treasures. A combination of loot and commissions netted him a modest income, and his instinct to save money, which stemmed from fairly good parenting on his mother’s part, allowed him to amass a considerable sum in a bank with branches in both Val’Raveran and Chel’el’sussoloth. At age 65, he obtained his Blood Rite in a fight with a freakish beast from the Overworld. At age 70, he and the rest of his platoon of Highland Raiders were recalled to Chel’el’sussoloth to begin combat operations defending against Nidraa’chal incursions into Sarghress territory.

Ten years later, the Nidraa’chal War overtly began and his platoon was integrated into a direct action company. His duties were essentially to search and destroy Nid units within contested territory. At age 81, Wre’kesa was awarded a Commendation for Valor in Combat for killing one Nidraa’chal warrior while alone and utilizing an egregious amount of fire sorcery and wind arts in conjunction with multiple collapsing buildings and the application of ambush tactics. Incidentally, he was also voted “Most Likely to Kill Himself in Battle Accidentally” by his platoon. The same year, he almost died when a mistimed burst of fire sorcery destroyed a key support structure in a building while he was still inside it, causing the wall to collapse and the entire building to destabilize. Enemy mana attacks further destabilized the structure such that he had to dive out of a second story window to keep from dying.

At age 82, Wre’kesa received a serious leg wound and was reassigned to Sarghress Fortress Guard to heal up. The next year, he returned to active duty doing light work until his leg was strengthened. At age 84, he was reassigned back to his old Raider platoon and began surface expeditions again, continuing his collection of funds. At this moment in time, he is on Furlough/Sabbatical. He has an apartment in Val’Raveran that is moderately spacious and equipped with a wet bar.

Description:
Non-combat: Medium quality spidersilk shirt and pants, black with red and orange filigree in curls and spirals. Cloak of armor-woven spidersilk, mahogany with slightly lighter Sarghress Emblem embroidered into back. Black tiktikki leather boots. Shortsword on left thigh.

Combat: Raider armor, modifed as outlined above, with deep red highlights reminiscent of flames and sparks lightly painted across the chest plate. Gloves and booties are black. Black utility cloak. Shortsword on left thigh.

Age: 79

Standard Over world Expedition Pack

knee high boots

Magic:
Basic Mana Manipulation
Earth Sorcery

Beginning city: Val'Raveran

Clan: Sarghress

Background:

It is tough growing up in the shadow of a powerful woman, especially in the shadow of their deeds. Yet as Awinita grew up, she was seemed to haunted by a woman she barely remembered. Remembering only her mother's as she left for her beloved surface, with it's blasted fresh air, clean water and mana depletion. Which of course saw the old wolf off and left Awinita at the mercy of her Aunt and Father. While her Aunt berated and lectured her on the failings of her mother, her father tried to persuade her to take up the golem craft. Yet, she always found it amusing that after all those fancy words they would wonder off to do anything, but care for her. With no one to watch over her, she let her imagination and her legs travel the underworld or at least the area around her home. There in the maze of the Sarghress lands, she stumble upon open brawls, street fights, and quick fingered pickpocket gangs, learning all sorts of quick fingered and fist fighting tricks, while she continued her Aunt's preplanned education.

Yet during those years, the image her mother's shadow and departing figure wafted through her day dream and spiked her curiosity. What had driven her mother to wonder the surface, a savage place from all that she been taught and yet it had drawn this female. A female, that for her all her Aunt's complaints were supposedly one of sense, honor, and dedication. This was when it started, or Awinita suppose when she managed to develop her own obsession with the surface. An obsession with knowing, an obsession to understand the why of her mother's actions. What was up there, that was so addictive that this female of dedication couldn't even dedicate herself to a daughter she had gone to all of the trouble of having and why was her Aunt so upset with her for going.

Finally after years of contemplating and considering, she finally made her decision to join the Highland Raider. As she expected her Aunt rejected the idea. They gave a hundred excuses why she shouldn't, couldn't follow in that woman's footsteps. She wasn't experience enough, she didn't have the right training, she would die of mana depletion. It finally came to a head upon her Aunt's snearing that her mother was actually a coward that she ran from home because she didn't to face her own disaster of a child. The argument that followed bellow up so badly that walls that had been built over years fell. In those few cycles, Awinita learned things about her family that she wished she hadn't. Her father, was her uncle, her aunt had loved her mother, and her mother had run off to the surface not just to escape them both, but to run after her own love. Finally, her Aunt bellowed that they had planned her life, from start to finish, that this time they would keep the only part of their sister with them. Awinta fell into such a state of shock at that announcement that for a few weeks she merely wondered around their house and nearly allowed her Aunt to her room. The next day, with little thought towards the consequences of her actions, she gathered up her meager belongs and went to join the Highland Raiders.

Yet she didn't quite find herself settling into the Raider's with ease. While her training didn't destory her, the thought that she was just running away from the issue still haunted her. Yet thanks to the tricks she had learned from her years on the streets, her fellows recruits, and the lessons of her teachers, she managed to make it through training with few scars. It was afterwards that really started to get to her, for she was sure that to complete her training she would finally get to go to the surface, and away from her insane family. Instead she was sent on small pointless missions, as far as she could tell, to the ruins of fallen clans. At first she was annoyed, in till she figured that it must do the whispers of the Nid's and the spread of their demon loving ways. Afterward she found that she overly eager to escape, after word of her Aunt's death. Her desire was finally answered when she was assigned to her first group. Sure she was placed with other new surface recruits, but when she took her first breath of surface air she understood one reason why her mother kept coming back to the surface. Despite her need to squint.

Description:
Bright sea green eyes, set into an open and pretty face. Her hair is cut in a slanted bob cut, mid-neck length in the back to just above her shoulder in front. She uses black leather straps to make small pigtails, using only a bit of her hair. Her hair is dyed red right up to the tip, which is left her original white.
She is about 5'9" in height, with lean muscles and a chocolate brown complexion.

Name: Folger Les'wanre
Race: Drowussu
Age: 170

Equipment:
Heavy Plate
Heavy Armored Clawed Gauntlets
Heavy Hatchet
45 Ada
Canteen (spirits)

Clothing:
Hiladri Pelt vest, Dryder Silk Tunic, Hiladri Pelt Belt, Dryder Silk Pants

Magic:
No Affinity
Mana Disruption
Mana-Charged Martial Arts

Beginning city:
Chel’el’Sussoloth

Clan:
Kyorl'solenurn

Background:
Early Life: 930 M.A.-970 M.A.
Folger attended Orthorbbae as a student from 940 M.A. to 970 M.A. Despite being the only drowussu in his class, his physical size, aggressive personality and brash demeaned, he quickly assumed the role of bully for his tower’s generation. His terrorization of the smaller drowolath males was not without consequence. One particular incident involving a Sullisin'rune and a Beldrobbaen that resolved with him dragging their bloody unconscious bodies to the instructor’s chambers with a knife sticking out of his shoulder. War and battle always was Folger's interest and he focused most of his efforts on combat, history and disruptive arts in his later years at Orthorbbae. He completed his training at returned to his clan and found a new target for his aggression. A minority to even to the drowussu themselves, demon worshiping cults springing up around the city.

Ver'drowendar Menace: 970-1080 M.A.
Folger encouraged the anti-Ver'drowendar movement by turning a blind eye to the commoners getting rid of Ver'drowendar in his families lands. Folger's aggression turned to ambition and he began to jockey for an Overseer position. He convinced his family to pull some strings to become an instructor at Orthorbbae. He succeeded and was employed as the Self Defense instructor for Devya tower for century until resigning in protest when Ver'drowendar were still allowed to attend Orthorbbae following the Beldrobbaen Massacre in the Crescent.

Breaking away: 1080-1085 M.A.
Folger returned to his clan just before the Les'wanre left the Dutan’vir, he was a very vocal supporter of separation due to the other Dutan'vir families support the misguided Inquisition when the Sharen already had tainted in their topmost ranks. His introduction in the Kyorl'solenurn was rocky at best but it wasn’t long before his differences were temporarily forgotten with the Nidraa'chal war. During the war he acted as a rearguard to prevent any demons that broke through the battle lines from getting to the sealers behind. His hatred for Ver'drowendar grew to take sociopathic bend. After the war he wholeheartedly joined the massive purging that was happening. After an incident involving him feeding a Corrupted to her demon possessed lover, it became clear to the Kyorl'solenurn that it wasn't zeal but viciousness that drove him.

Reformation: 1085-Present
The Les'wanre consented to Folger undergoing The Cleansing to temper his rage with faith. He underwent it underthe Order of the Serenity and had installed a new faith in Sharess. Still the rage and aggression remained but re-purposed into zeal and conviction. Folger was trained as one of the first counters to the Vloz'ress Berzerkers due to his size and skill in hand to hand combat. Since Folder has not underwent sealing and Templar training, he is best described as a elite Crusader in terms of clan rank.

Description:
Height: Very Tall (2.1 m)
Weight: 250 lbs
Eye Color: Black
Hair Color: Pink

General Appearance:
A brute of a Drowussu male. His thickly muscled body is covered in scars from combat and training. A frightening presence to the unbelievers. A heavy viscous looking hatchet at his side reserved for use in hacking limbs off demons he wrestles to the ground for later sealing.

"Sharess must love me to give me a duty such as this! RAAAHHH!!!!!!" Folger moments before meeting a charging devour demon.

5 extended release mana stones, for general recharging of mana during and outside combat
25 Ada on hand, several hundred in savings and back-pay

Magic:

Fire Sorcery, Moderate level of mastery
Wind Arts, Low-Moderate level of mastery

((Note: My scale of judgment: Low------Low moderate------Moderate-------Moderate high------High ))

Beginning City: Val’Raveran
Clan: Val’Sarghress Background:
Personality: Fairly calm and focused, but tendency to solve things with fire as much as possible. Also tendency toward sensuality, but generally frugal in nature.

Key Life Events:
Wre’kesa Sarghress was born in Chel’el’sussoloth in a Sarghress-controlled province. His mother was a moderately high ranked member of the Sarghress Army; his father was an architect. At age 3, Wre’kesa began to manifest a talent in Fire Sorcery. He subsequently lit a chair on fire.

The next 40 years proceeded normally, if with somewhat more combustion then is usual in a child’s lifetime. During this time, he worked as an errand-boy for his mother and picked up a small amount of combat ability, as well as worked on controlling his sorcery. Granted, he never got very good until after basic training, but that's not relevant yet.

At age forty, Wre'kesa joined Basic Training. It was tough, but he got through it mostly unscathed. There was that one incident with the Mae'yukir and the chocolate and the Moon's End Festival, but nobody caught him so that was all good. After Basic Training, Wre'kesa went to Sarghress Spellcasting School, where he more fully developed his fire sorcery. He also learned how to use Wind Arts, but his latent talent in fire sorcery was his main focus. All told, his training took him twenty years to complete, after which Wre’kesa attempted to join the Highland Raiders. He was initially turned down, primarily due to a lack of experience. Operational experience in the form of skirmishes between Sarghress and Sharen forces along the border provinces eventually won Wre'kesa a place among the Raiders.

From age 70 to age 90, Wre’kesa spent his time journeying about the Overworld and obtaining treasures. A combination of loot and commissions netted him a modest income. He began to regularly visit an artist friend of his who designed a golem chest for Wre'kesa to use to store his ada and other valuable things in a way that was secure from most robbers. This chest is, to this day, stored at his friend's house inside the model of the Giant Drow Eating Slug that a client of the artist ordered but never picked up.

At age ninety, in view of the rising Nidraa'chal Clan and its disturbing application of demons in combat, Wre'kesa's platoon was recalled to Chel'el'sussoloth. There, the Raider platoon was integrated into standard infantry platoons to augment the Sarghress forces. They trained for two years while waiting for the shit to hit the proverbial fan.

The Nidraa'chal War was preluded by small, freakish incursions of demons and rioting commoners/mercenaries/Nidraa'chal Soldiers that needed to be put down forcefully. This happened over the next year, before the War started in earnest. It was horrifying and mind scarring, but thank Sharess it was brief. During it, Wre'kesa won honor and glory for himself in a spectacular fashion, regularly using his fire sorcery to immolate the attacking demons. In the aftermath, Wre'kesa was awarded a small medallion honoring his creative application of fire to destroy the enemy. With the Nidraa'chal threat neutralized, the Sharen and the Sarghress returned to Standard Operating Procedure (ie: giant boob measuring contest) and the Raiders returned to Raiding. He currently resides in an apartment in Val'Raveran when off duty.

Description:
Non-combat: Medium quality spidersilk shirt and pants, black with red and orange filigree in curls and spirals. Cloak of close-woven spidersilk, rosewood with slightly lighter Sarghress Emblem embroidered into back. Black tiktikki leather boots. Shortsword on left thigh.

Combat: Raider armor, modifed as outlined above, with deep red highlights reminiscent of flames and sparks lightly painted across the chest plate. Gloves and booties are black. Black utility cloak. Shortsword on left thigh.

Character: Folger Les'wanre

  • Worldsetting accuracy - (2)
  • Mana arts - (3)
  • Abilities - (2)
  • Items - (5) - Haledri pelts, spidersilk not "dryder" silk. Just make a note of it.
  • Total power level - (3)
  • Backstory cohesiveness - (2)
  • Plausibility - (0) - Various errors, timeline, Orthorbbae rules, misconceptions about demons.
Conclusion:

Your character would've probably been executed for bringing students he wounded to an Orthorbbae instructor. There were plenty of tainted among the Dutan'vir, by choice or by force, before the Inquisition, but as far as we know the "top ranks" of the Sharen only tainted themselves near the Nidraa'chal war itself.

Your understanding of the nature of demons seems lacking, from what you explain in the text. Demonic possession isn't something reversible as it's often explained in our RL legends. Once a fae has been possessed by a demon, the fae itself is dead, only the demon remains within the flesh. And once the flesh is dead, the demon remains in its ethereal form, able to devour your aura once more.

There is no "counter" to a Vloz'ress berserker, they are suicide bombers. Sure, they can fight, and their bodies have been augmented by the seed within them for this purpose, but they're also going to surrender to their seed when the going gets tough. And then you're up against something else entirely.

You don't explain why he's got such an aggressive personality. You'd do well to look into other aspects of his life than the fighting-related bits, so he becomes more than a walking collection of aggression and combat abilities.

Refused.

  • Worldsetting accuracy - (0) - Sarghress spellcasting school? @_@
  • Mana arts - (5)
  • Abilities - (4)
  • Items - (3)
  • Total power level - (4)
  • Backstory cohesiveness - (4)
  • Plausibility - (3)
Conclusion:

10 "quick-release mana stones" ? 5 "extended release mana stones" ? I hope you're aware that mana counts as a fae's life force, not just a source of magical power. If these mana stones were so useful and so commonplace as to carry 15 of them around, of various strength, we would've seen them everywhere in the comic. You regain mana through rest, and everyone is careful not to exert themself to death - if you use up all your life force you die.

You're going to have to explain to me what you mean with this. What is it made of? What is it based on, from the worldsetting?

If one wants to learn mana arts, one either goes to Orthorbbae, or one learns from a private tutor. The Sarghress, with their disdain for mana arts, don't have a school of their own (in fact, at the most recent Ilharess Council meeting we see the clans arguing about the possibility for separate schools, since it's all centralized at Orthorbbae currently). It's normal to send children to Orthorbbae from ages 10-30, but it's also possible to take classes there as an adult.

I'd also like to know how he got a friend he trusts so much he keeps his cash and valuables at that friend's place. Trust is hard to come by, in Chel and Raveran both. Golems can be dispelled, and ethereal demons can sap them of their power almost effortlessly, so be aware that chest isn't thief-proof, just difficult to get into.

All in all, it's an improvement but there are a few details which need polishing before I can let him through.

Refused.

With lath hearts the way they are sometimes a mingling of the blood happens. Dan'el is the product of such a union Nal'Sarkoth Female and an unknown Sullisin'rune. Dan'el showed sighs of empathy shortly before attending Orthorbbae, he had great fortune class up with a Sullisin'rune boy who took Dan'el under his wind as an older brother figure and the two were inseparable their entire stay at Orthorbbae.

When Dan'el finished his final term at Orthorbbae that's when his clan called and his real training began. Whisked off by his great grandmother and into a care of a Sullisin'rune private tutors, instructing him on how to more finely control his empathy. As soon as that was done once more whisked away from Chel'el'Sussoloth altogether to learn the languages and cultures of Surface from the ancient Vanir to the new group of goblins Hermonians. The strange lands and plants he learned from a members of the Hume House of the Nal'Sarkoth. All the while not being told exactly why to serve his clan he must learn these things.

Soon another Nal'Sarkoth empath arrived and in the midst of Dan'el introducing himself was punched for his courtly mannerisms and his hacked short and turned it brown. Klor'th was his new masters name. The two wondered the surface. Getting in and out of scrapes, running from surface beasts, hiding from goblin knights, scrounging for food, talking with new villages, looking at the burnt our wreckage of the Highland Raider's wake, seeking out rumors of ruins, discovering new in interesting plants and herbs. It was a strange existence, everything went down in a Klor'th's book. After five years of this going far north to the mountains, far east to the seas, far south to the jungles and everywhere in between. Kolr'th took him back to Val'Raven and got him a blank book writing it in in Chelian <Ranger 46: 1100-1105>. "Remember what we did, now do it all again. Fill the book up and its worth 2000 Ada when you get back. Welcome to the Rangers. " 5 years on the surface, for 2000 Ada. Trick is staying alive. With that Klor'th went in the direction of Chel' with his full book and Dan'el left dumbstruck in Val'Raven with his blank one.

Beginning city: Val'Raveran

Clan: Sarghress

Background:

Childhood

Born to a commoner family with a mother who worked as a harvester at a culture pool Ilnari’se was required to help out at home doing chores from an early age. She was an adventurous child however and often ran off to play despite her mother’s warnings. One day when she was roughly 18 years old, she was asked to take a meal to her mother, so of she skipped to the culture pool her mother worked at. After giving her package to her mother she was quickly shooed off home but rather than going home. Ilnari’se hung around and while playing Val-warrior games on a path next to one of the pools she was knocked in by someone carrying a load. Not being able to swim she would have drowned were it not for her innate water sorcery. She wasn’t sure how she’d gotten out of the water but felt exhausted afterwards. Talking to her mother about it she learned a little about affinities. Her mother didn’t know her own and her explanation was rather garbled but she knew just enough to guess that her child’s was water. She forbade the girl from trying to use it though, warning her about dropping dead if she tried.

Not being the most obedient of children, Ilnari’se did practice her water sorcery and got used to manipulating small amounts and enjoyed making small waves in the culture pools where her mother worked. Without further education she couldn’t do much more than that. Her taste for adventure and desire to explore lead her to work running errands for the Saghress at age 27. She gave her mother the money she earned to help the family.
She grew to be quite the giant, towering over those around her. When she was 32 she was recruited into the ranks and moved out of her mother’s house.

32-45
She enjoyed her life as a soldier and found herself settling down a little; finding a mate certainly helped. For a time she was contented with her position and raising the son she gave birth to: Turne. They lived happily together in Chel. Her mate’s obsession with cleanliness rubbed off on her over time.

45-77
A friend coming back from an overworld journey with the highland rangers and his stories of the overworld stirred something in her. She felt an overpowering urge to go to the surface and see it for herself. After the events of the Nidrachaal war, she did so, finding her way into the highland rangers. She learned to put her water sorcery to a more practical use there. While travelling she started collecting small bits and pieces, seashells, a piece of bark, wooden beads etc. and stringing them on a bracelet to remind her of the places she’s been.

Her mate, Nar, wasn’t exactly happy with her joining the Raiders. It meant that Ilnari’se would rarely return to Chel and though she tried to persuade her mate to move to Val’Raveran, Nar was adamant about remaining there. When she did return to Chel on leave they argued about it constantly. The arguments escalated until they broke up. She had her things picked up from the house they shared and her son Turne travelled to Raveran to live with her.

77-81
She chose to take a temporary guard post at Raveran to settle into her new home. Settling in seemed to mean drinking enormous quantities, which of course had nothing to do with her ex. The very idea... A year or so after he moved up Raveran her son started nagging about joining the Sarghress himself. She agreed reluctantly. Having simply enjoyed her travels, content at leaving the important decisions to others, she’d never gained a rank and her son’s wish to join made her conscious of it. It rankled and feeling that she’d been setting a bad example to her child she rejoined the Highland Rangers determined to win a higher rank. She’s been there ever since, though she hasn’t climbed any higher up the ladder… Yet.

Personality:
Often thought to be intimidating The quiet Ilnari’se is actually quite friendly once you get to know her. She enjoys a good fight, drinking and is stubborn to a fault. She takes great care of her things and can’t stand sloppiness. She suffers from wanderlust and wants to see everything the world has to offer. She’s long since learned to curb her tendency to question and disobey orders.

Description:
an intimidating. 2.19 m (7.2 foot) tall, muscular, Orange eyes, shoulder-length white hair with red streaks. Hardly ever seen without her Highland Raider armour which gleams like new, though in truth it has seen life. She wears several bracelets with odds and ends like twigs, amber, pebbles and the like.

Magic: Untrained basic mana manipulation.

Beginning city: Val'Raveran

Clan: N/A

Background:
Born into a caravan family, Warwick's life was always on the move in the underworld, so she had few friends outside the caravan. In the caravan, Warwick's mother Kel Bertrand, worked as one of the caravan guards, though strong, skilled, and smart, she was also impatient and paranoid, making her unable to hold onto any work other then as a mercenary, and eventually returning to the caravan that is ran by her own mother Dove Bertrand. Warwick’s father Le’Van Brade, is a well educated trader that grew up in the markets of Val'Raveran, both calm and smart, he greatly respected Dove, even attempted to court her a few times, but was later convened by Dove to partner with Kel. Kel, and Le’Van stayed together for a few years, but Kel’s social problems eventually became too much for Le’Van, and they separated. Warwick had no siblings, and was only 5 years old at that time of the separation, so she ever rarely saw them together, and so was accustomed to the situation.

Mostly raised by her grandmother Dove Bertrand, do to her father completely busy with work in Val'Raveran, and mother’s inability to be patient with children. Dove was successful solder in a now fallen minor clan, and is the founder and leader of the caravan. For 25 years, Warwick traveled with the caravan along all the main trading-routs of the underworld, and even to the overworld once. Helping with trade deals, and protecting the caravan. As she grew up, Warwick began to develop similar social problems like her mother; though far more patent and less aggressive then her mother, Warwick did have a harder time reading social queue, understanding directions others gave. Outside the caravan, Warwick found herself considered slow and stupid by most, even though being more well educated then most commoners, and so she rarely left the caravan, staying were she felt most safe.

At the age of 30 she was officially placed as a guard for the caravan, though with the local clans on guard she would rarely see combat along the main road, other than the occasional thief, or desperate traveler. For 20 years, Warwick worked as a defender for the caravan, and was content with it staying that way, but as time passed, Dove grew more worried over her grandchild, and eventually decided that she should leave the caravan for some time, and travel on her own, grow as an individual, and possibly even fined a mate. Though unhappy with this, Warwick knew that was bound to happen someday, and accepted the situation, and walked off into Val'Raveran.

Description:
Warwick is 6’3” female drowolath with a well build slender body, Brown eyes, and white hair that is in braded pigtails down to her back. Her Silk cloths are similar to that of the Kyorl'solenurn, thou without any symbols, and even though it is clean and white, it has a lot of ware, and repair on it. Her Caravaner Leather Cloak’s dark gray color make her white silk cloths look much brighter when it is opened up, but when closed, it helps hides her frame, allowing her to blend into a crowd.
