Open to questions if you wanted to know something specific.
What the heck is Dycle's problem?
Dycle is an untrained empath. His reaction to being able to literally feel the emotions of others was to mute his own so he could make more sence of other peoples emotions from a distanced perspective. This developed his core aspect of a logical nature, though the ethics of drow, unexact nature of mana, lack of scientific process, formalized philosophy, medieval mindset, etc colors it a bit.
Whats Dycle's political stand point?
Dycle is first and foremost a nationalist. He wishes Anji to declare herself Queen of Amavarde and the surrounding territory of Amaranth. He wish the state to not recognize clans, families or any organization the seeks to section off anything from "The States" influence, fair or foe.
Does Dycle have any religion?
Perhaps the only that things happen for a reason. There are too many mysteries in madness (laid bare before his empathy), mana (laid bare before his sight) and the machinations of sentient beings (laid baid by his logic)to justify any all powerful ethereal beings or abstract concepts such as fate.
What is Dycle's ideal job?
Full time Judge, Part time regulatory legislator.
Opinions of Slavery?
It should be the punishment for criminal activity, including a term for Prisoners of War for integration with conditions and or term length assigned to fit the crime. The most extreme case being murder outside of a Ti'ray duel. Males simply get put to death, females getting the much harsher forced to produce two off-spring, summarily gilding, and then life time term. Children produced would immediately be given to the father, with stick instruction that the mother is to have been refereed to as died during child birth.
What are the details of Dycle's Sexuality?
Dycle does not follow Tei'kaiath tradition and is more similar to a Chelian Lath commoner male. He will accept invitation to breed with a female whenever prompted. However, he will wish to be a part of the off-springs life if possible. As far a males, Dycle will "share" but not seek one out for an intimate relation. Such a coupling is unproductive, and thus illogical. This includes cross species unions, with the ability to have viable offspring being paramount.
