What is a "Dokkalfar"? Second time I've seen this word in the latest chapter and never before this.

I'm pretty sure it means dark elf. It's probably Swedish.

Anyone positive though? If thats what it means then thats what it should say, no need to throw in some random word for more confusion.

Yep, it is. Its the Old Norse word for dark elves, but they are also known as Svartálfar, AKA "black elves." You can look up here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_elf

Which makes Chel part of Svartalfheim? Wonder if Norse cosmology has any bearing on the setting beyond inspiration...

Probably nothing further than inspiration. I could see words used for flavor to setting, but I doubt any particular mythos weighs in heavily.

Emberi viewtopic.php?f=12&t=12490 should definitely be in the glossary. I was wondering for the longest time what it meant till I spied that topic, I thought maybe it meant slave or human or something.

Good catch. Will add the racial terms we've recently gotten defined.

Its a popular underworld pet. It looks like a lizard or a small dinosaur but more cuddly (like a kitten or a puppy). Aethis of the kyorls requires a tiktikki to calm her nerves whenever her empathic powers begin to overload (poor girl is very unstable).

More accurately (in my mind), they are like reptilian guinea pigs the size of house cats. I only make this comparison as they are food and pet within the culture of Chel (in the sense that Peru uses guinea pigs as food & the rest of the world treats them like pets).

Faern and Yathrine are outdated terms which are no longer in use, so they are not in the glossary.

And almost all the side stories are either no longer canon, or just semi-canon.
