"What the Hel?" Lalr'gan didn't know what to say. Dilr'gan she was expecting to move out, but Shil, RIl and Aril? What disturbed her the most was the utter abandonment of what they were taught. This wasn't even Lath things occurring, this was more like Kotorks. Many females to one male. Lalr'gan shook her head. "What the Hel is wrong with us?" In all reality it was natural in her line, being produced from the exact same thing with her Grandmother, Aunt and own Mother. She sat exasperated in the chair looking at Zal and Fil. At lot had happened while on patrol. "Well it seems their doing what makes them happy." Zalr'gan played with Marlr'gan who didn't have any idea what they were talking about. "..." Lalr'gan could challenge this they were all adults now. "Well, you're not exactly approachable on this sort of thing Lar." She nodded to Zalr'gan, Lalr'gan knew what she meant. Lalr'gan had almost beat Dilr'gan and Zalr'gan off each other. Lalr'gan made a sour face, she was pretty tyrannical in those days in The Guild of Flowers region. But she had to be to make sure the family didn't break apart...like it was now. If Shilr'gan did like Tolr'gan, this they would have to basically switch houses just due to the commonsense of rooms per family member. "For goddess sake...What the Hel am I going to tell Mom?"

Mountain Pass

"Jak'sura...My sister and niece will be pleased by your visit." The Duskian's cold facemask seemed to look at his soul. "We have more to patrol. Just follow the road and make a right once you enter the gates. Our house is there, the two story and square like building." Salr'gan moved slowly past Jak'sura while the other calvery moved ahead. "Welcome to Valleyport. Hyah!" Salr'gan rides off down the mountain pass after his troopers.

The Valleyport Inn

Shilrgan looked at his mates, sprawled out on the bed in positions they collapsed in. He wasn't too sure about the future, he knew that a few would likely go their own way after a few years. Most likely with the blood of his blood in tow. Shilr'gan's stomach nagged at him, he was burning through food at an alarming rate. He went to the chill box, it looked like he would have slim pickings for breakfast let alone if it were decreased further by his ravinious appetite. "Well, I suppose I'll save that for the women." Shilr'gan muttered deciding to go to the Inn and just buy a meal. He returned to the room and unpacked a bit of his cloths and got dressed. He had a few spare ada, soon he would have to find some sort of work or he would turn into basically a sex slave to the commanders through economic means. A fate he was trying to avoid. He silently left toward the Inn, his mind filled with thought about the uncertain future ahead of him. He entered the bar and payed little mind to the other patrons in his distraction. Maybe teaching? Else what was the point of going to the school in Nurqua if not to spread the knowledge. He bellied up to the bar and looked at the menu. "Stew, bread and beer please." The scarred up hume at the bar looked at him funny, probably trying to figure out which Lr'gan he was. "Aye, me lord." Correctly guessing Shilr'gan was a male. His emotions swirled about in him, the beast was new to him. Shilr'gan could smell the females in the room. He fought against the urge to approach them. Maybe he wasn't suitable to be any thing else then a sex slave now. Tolr'gan seemed to be doing alright though. His mind rambled on in thought in the uncertainty of it all, all the while the beast was silently trying to fill the room with agitation and to draw more mates too it.

As Sal passed Jak, he couldnt help a shudder. The man felt cold as the winters on the surface and hard as iron. Must take after Lalr'gan...... Now that was a unsettling thought all together a male version of Lalr'gan...... He shuddered again before he regain his composure and pushed forward with his unicorn up the mountain pass and into the coloney of Valleyport. As he reached the gates he gave is official paprers on why he was here and for how long etc etc. Ince he was done he passed through the gate and he wnet on till he made it to a huge square. The square was huge in its own right due to a dew things that made him feel sufficantly small. For one there was huge building crowning the square like a jewel to a crown. What really made him feel in awe was golem hangers that stood higher than 20 foot tall with full sets of armored golems in each hanger. They were armor from head to toe and looked heabily armor with the latest weapons. That made him gape a bit before he shook himself from his stupor, to finally try to find somebody on where his love was. He finally found a nearby patrolling sentry and polietly said, "Excuse me sir, Im new to Valleyport but my wife has been living here for a while now. Her name is Zalr'gan, could you please direct me to where her house might be?"

"<Who's this Jack off? He isn't any trader.>" Raz said as the drowolath approached. "<Might be a future brother in arms.>" his brother Toll said, he was named after the drow that apparently helped he and his twin brother come into this world, both through conception and delivery. They listened to the drow that was agape at the golems. "Wife...A Lr'gan..." Raz was almost envious now, Lr'gans were well...the best male and female the colony had to offer. "Lady Zalr'gan resided in the large complex over there." He pointed at a two story building. "Take the first left and go to the complex that has a court yard."

Jak gave a grateful smile to the sentries then "Thank you good sirs." And then started off, follwing the directions the sentries gave he quickly arrived to the complex the sentried said Zalr'gan and his daughter were in. At the gate of the entance of the complex he was in awe once more........ it was a big fucking house. He shole himself once more and took several deep breaths before going onto the door and knocking on it several times, to make sure whoever was inside heard him.

Lok got out of the bed and made his way down the stairs, he paused on the last step, a thought coming into his mind, one that quickly spread through out the rest of his mind like some foul disease. The mist river.... it's nearby.... you are it's master..... Lok frowned, but looked at his daughter, sleeping on the couch with her turtle. His thoughts turned to his deeds with the Vloz'ress.... the lies he had told to Minerva the previous night.... about joining the Vloz'ress to do good.... He sighed, pulling the hood on his shirt over his head as he descended the last steps. He had been able to keep his... problems.... under control during his stay in Valleyport... but he hadn't intended to stay for so long... he had meant to arrive, spend sometime with Grey and Amala, then leave. He wouldn't be able to keep himself from loosing it if he stayed much longer....

He lifted Amala up form the couch, moving her over to the chair so Nalr'gan wouldn't be the one to have to do it. He looked down at his daughter.... Will she grow up to be like her father? Will she become the monster I am now? he wondered. It seemed incredibly likely. He brushed her white hair out of her eyes as she slept, looking at her pale skin, fowning. "I'll never be able to figure this out.... you were born on the surface, yet your skin is so pale...." he muttered. Despite having been born on the surface, Amala looked like a Drowussu, her skin nearly stark white in color. He took one last look at his daughter before heading back upstairs for his sword. Grey was bathing, and he didn't want to disturb her, despite living amongst lath for so long, she still maintained the same sense of privacy that vanir cultures valued. he put on his boots, and his gauntlets, picking up his sword. He made his way out the back, heading for the training yard.

The golem reactivated as the male knocked on the door, turning it's veiled head toward the newcomer. It began to make a humming noise, // New presence = detected // Not present during last scan // Scanning now // the right eye shield slid back, as the golem scanned Jak'sura. // Wind affinity = Detected // New comer = not classified as 'Lr'gan' bloodline // Partial bloodline in 1 member of last scan // Primary Directive: Disabled // Secondary Directive: Engaged // Defend Handler + "Lr'gan" Bloodline // The golem took a step forward, towering over Jak'sura, it moved so suddenly, one would have thought the statue was suddenly flesh. "State thine intention at this h'ome" it demanded with a grated voice in old dokklafar dialect.

Jak was startled by the bew voice and turned to finding a rather tall ancient looking golem staring down at him. He shouldnt have been surpised by now how well the lrgans have been over the years but he was still in awe from it. After waving off the aweness this time, he finally spoke to the golem, hoping it understood him. ""My name is Jak'sura of the highland raiders, I'm on leave to see my mate Zalr'gan," Jak'sura gestured to the estate, "I was told she lives here...."

Amala's Mindscape

She didn't know where she was..... she didn't know when she was. She stood everywhere and nowhere at the same time, voices poured into her very being, shouting at her, 'HaPpInEsS, lOvE, lUsT, hAtReD, fEaR, cAuTiOn, WrAtH, dEsIrE,' the emotions of the colony rang inside her mind like a great bell, taking form and shape inside her mind for a moment then shattering and loosing shape. Amala didn't feel her own body, nor did she understand what it was she was experiencing. A shape forms before her..... A stag? No... It looked more like a wolf.... with antlers... then it became a snake, devouring all in it's path, turning it's head in the direction of where Amala is watching it, it bares it's fangs as it consumes her.

She whimpers softly as she sleeps.

The Valleyport Inn

"My two friends and I are... were, Val'Kyorl'solenurn, but we were chased out by the head of our order, we came here hoping to find a new start..."

Bery chocked on her drink, spitting much of it on the table as she coughed.

"Mommy!?" Piri'bee jumped toward her, gently patting her back. "Are you okay!?"

It took her a little while to stop the coughing fit and breath correctly again. "Yes, sweetie... I am." She gave her daughter a reassuring smile before scanning the drowussu in front of her. She didn't feel a single ill intent from her, what's more, there was sincerity... "I'm sorry, I had some... bad experience with the Kyorl in my life... being a halfbreed and all." She sighed, caressing her children's head. "The old world is the best place if your kind wish for peace... but I'm not sure if this colony is the best for you. An order of Duskian is being implemented here. They're not quite as fanatical as your old clan, but..."

The Valleyport Inn

Aloresh smiled sadly, "I understand..... But the reason we came here was because we wanted to start over.... none of us liked what the clan was doing....." She frowned, sadness practically radiating from her. "But I understand what you are saying.... I feel that people who grew up in Chel'el'sulloth will be uneasy around us for a time.... I'm not exactly innocent in the matter...." she looked up at Bery, "I was an inquisitor actually, I've done things I am not proud of anymore...." she used to be proud to call herself Val'Kyorl'solenurn. But she was lying to herself, even then, she always felt that purging was... too much. Hatred, reasonless killing.... none of it ever sat right with her. She stood up from the table, "I'm sorry if I have made you uncomfortable, I shall take my leave," she bowed to Beryla'zuli and turned to go.

The Lr'gan Estate

Grey put on a robe as she stepped out of the tub, it had been a while since she had been capable of bathing herself, being so weak that she could barley move, let alone take care of herself. And having to have one of the others bathe her was... rather embarrassing for her, especially coming from a culture that was so different from the lath society. She heard a knock at the door, she was sure someone would answer it....

Amala woke up from her spot on the couch, although she was now on the chair, she figured someone must have moved her to let Nalr'gan have her spot. She got up ant walked to the door, opening it. She looked up at the man and the golem in the the cloak. ".... stranger at the door...." she muttered. The golem looked down at her, making a humming noise. // "Amala" designated bloodline // it identified her. Amala tilted her head at it, then looked back at Jak'sura, "Hello stranger at the door...." she said in greeting.

Beach of Valleyport

Minerva groaned gently as she was moved from Lok's arms to Kra'stynoth owns, slightly emerging from her slumber. Her head was pounding, and she brought a hand to her forehead as talking around forced her to awaken more.

"Tell my sister I said hello for me will you?"

As she opened her eyes, she was surprised to see Tsuris'lok walking away. She lifted her head slowly, wondering who was holding her now if he was gone. "Oh, hi, honey..." She smiled gently as she saw her mate's red eyes... he, however, seemed furious.

"What were you doing in that man's arm?"

She stared at him blankly for some moment, trying to understand what he meant exactly. He was.. jealous? "I got sick when I was confronting him and fainted..." She said, looking at him with gentle eyes. It was the truth, after all. "He watched over me... please don't be mad..."

Kra'stynoth ears dropped, his eyes filling with sorrow as he hugged her tight. "I should have been here with you instead of getting drunk..."

"Wait!" Bery grabbed Aloresh' sleeve, smiling gently at her. "You don't need to leave, I was just a bit shocked, is all. If you want I could even introduce you to some people here... I know of a little girl that could definately use the presence of a trained empath."

The Valleyport Inn

Aloresh looked at Beryla'zuli, surprised, then relieved, "I'd be more then willing to help this girl, it is dangerous to grow up with out training, and I thank you for understanding, Beryla'zuli," Aloresh said, sitting back down. "I would like to meet people, although I think that my two young friends may have already found friends, two of the Lr'gans met us on the path, Lalr'gan and Milr'gan I think were their names," she thought back to the two of them, something about them had made her slightly uneasy... she was the only one who felt so though, and had ignored it at the time...

The Den

As Fel walked determinly through streets of the fortress, she pondered how she would deal with her Friend. Fel's Friend wasn’t untrust worthy or anything like that but she was....... over zealously "playful" when it comes to friends like Fel. Especially like Fel. She herself was more "playful" than Fel at points, if that was even possible. as she continued to ponder on what to do, she decided it was properly for the best to just cut to business than for fun. After a few more minutes of walking she finally reached her destination. The Den was not the most famous bar in the chel or the fortress, but it did bring certain individual to its doors, and most of them were Suls. The den had almost everything a person could desire here, booze, gambling, and its most notable feature, the women, (Or men, depending on what gender who was there.) As Fel entered the bar, she saw that was semi-pack with customers of all kinds. Sarghress, Suls, traders from outside of the fortress, one or two officers from the local barracks, etc., etc. Fel scan the room for friend before spotting her at a corner table. Viklek was a beautiful and very reveling about her "assests", which were very, very generous. Her hair was dark blue long two twin braids and her eyes were like Fel's, blood red. As Fel walked over to where Viklek, she was groped several times by the customers of the bar, thinking her to be an entertainer for the bar, she was a rarity in the fortress, for been an Illhar'do anyway. Fel didn’t know how to deal with that, since she was the one who did the molesting most of the time, not the other way around. She didn’t know whether to be offend or aroused or even falter. Viklek was watching the whole thing and she certainly seemed amused by the seen. As Fel finally got to the table, Viklek got up and kiss Fel full on the lips. "Ah, Fel, it’s been far too long." She said as she broke the kiss. "Far too long indeed." Fel said. "So, do you have what I need?" "Of course, but let’s not talk about that here. Let’s go upstairs, I rent us a room already. We can talked there." Then see gave a devious and sultry smile to Fel. "We can discuss "payment" there as well."

The Dokkfalar Pass dawn

Kyolr'gan was up early again. She strolled through the camp from fire to fire checking up on the refugees and her soldiers. A pair of soldiers caught her eye, a kotork and a Ssu woman were back to back sleeping under the same blanket. A strange sight anywhere else then in the ranks of the Nal'Sarkoth. Kyolr'gan looked down the road to the south. The army would be in Valleyport tomorrow evening.

The Mountain Pass mid-morning

Jalr'gan did as his wife told him to and began pick up the camp. Arvas was a little shaky but getting dressed ok. Jalr'gan looked at Arvas, they were an odd couple. A drowess like Arvas seemed unlikely to tolerate the years worth of Jal's antics. "You know, I'm a lucky male." Jalr'gan began gathering up and packing away the furs now that Arvas was off of them. "I'm grateful you're with me." Jalr'gan said seriously.

The Vallyport Inn Evening

Shilr'gan ate his meal a little more voraciously then he would have liked. He was burning through food quite a bit these days. His body started using sorcery to break down what be ate withing a matter of minutes. Shilr'gan was a little perturbed that he seemed to be using sorcery without being able to fully control it. He downed his beer and it to was processed quickly, producing a pleasant buzz faster then expected. "I'll take another serving, barkeep. And another beer." Shilr'gan looked around the Inn. He thought he saw Beryla'zuli and a Ssu woman. The beast sort of lurched a bit but Shilr'gan bit it back, he defiantly didn't want to talk with Bery how this was running rampant inside of him.

Lr'gan Complex

Nalr'gan looked at that was going on from the gate. The new golem was staring down a person at the door, Amala answered. She sighed, she just wanted to sleep right now it looked like she would actualy have to use her room if company was over. She walked on up to the golem. "Hello, what can House Lr'gan do for you."

Lr'gan Complex

The golem looked in Nalr'gan's direction, "Jak'sura, dost wish to see Zalr'gan," it said in it's grated voice in the old dialect again. Amala looked up at Nalr'gan, "The couch is really uncomfortable," she said, matter of factually.

Mountian Pass

Arvas smiled at Jalr'gan, "Damn right you're a lucky male, you found the only lath woman in chel that could put up with your romantic crap," she said grinning, her smile changed from one of humor to one of thankfulness, "I am grateful as well... we have a lot to be grateful for.... Now c'mon, let's go see our kids."
