Hasty in reactivating your old character?

Postby Thalar on Sat Sep 29, 2012 10:53 am

Due to a little miscommunication a small notice did not go up at the time of the new pages. It is up now, but if you've reactivated your old character it won't be visible to you. Basically: If you choose not to reactivate your old character, that character is not gone.

If you choose to make a new character, your old character will remain in the colony. If your new character dies, you will again have the choice between reactivating your old character or creating a new one.

So, if now that you know this you feel like making a new character and leave your old one in the colony, but you've already reactivated your old character, I will give you a one-time offer of resetting that choice. Just post your reactivated character's name here.

As far as I know, we will not be able to switch characters at will, however. Neither during flight nor in the downtimes, only if a character suffers an untimely death. So think on it for a while before making your choice :)

Sut`rinos would need to be pulled/paused. I was a bit hasty and would like a few answers before I decide to make a new character.

May possibly need a reset. Is 135 too old to travel in the ship? If age (and related issues with mana depletion) will not be a problem I will not need a reset.

I will check, I don't believe it will be a problem but it doesn't hurt to be sure.

Hasty? Didn't even know there was a possibility! =D

So Laerei apparently needs a hard reset too just so there won't be a battle of clones, different character will go on the trip then. }:3

yeah Meck needs a reset... Leona should be going onthe flight. Meck has his wife and child to stay with and protect the colony as a guard. My bad for not reading anything before hand.

I'll take care of it :) You'll have a new choice to reactivate a character when you reload, choose Leona this time :)

Kern tells me being on the airship won't make much of a difference. But at 135 Ves'xile will have aged.

Already covered in the shout-box, but I'll stick it here too to be 'official' - Can Eh'rin please be taken off 'active' mode so she can stay at the colony to raise her daughter and teach Tir'ay? ( :P )

Thanks again,

I think she'd be roughly "middle-aged" if that makes sense :)
