Sounds good Tim. Do you want to post the EA this turn? something like: "sail towards H18 shore for fishing and surveying of the shoreline"... I'm not sure how to express the fact that we want to gather information for dock building. What kind of things need to be measured? Depth of the water? Type of shore (rock/sand/marsh)?

wow we have a nice sized ship. I guess I did not know the size of it personally, I was thinking like a bunch of little personal boats...but this is even better. We really can play pirate arrr, lol.

We really should have some way to express the need to show some fun playfulness by the characters during the none-working moments of fishing. Like helping the builder who came with us to get a much closer look at the area he wants to survey by "accidentally" pushing him into the water...or something like that.

Ok guys! A Wild Stone Dock has appeared. And itlooks ancient :P

Any ideas on what we should do? I see two options:
1. stop and explore the dock
2. mark location on map and return home

I think both options have their benefits. On one hand we could use the voters back home if we mark the position and head back home - also we could head back with architects to start cleaning things up faster. If we stop and investigate, we are a bunch of hunters mostly and can clean out any current inhabitants or wildlife that may be there.

First, I'm naming our new discovery Stone Harbor. (It's cute and touristy. Be good for business) Next, there will be a need for an expedition to the site after we get back with the fish. We'll need architects, craftsmen, hunters, a healer, and a mana specialist at least as this is both a engineering survey and a ruins exploration. We'll also need sounding equipment to chart the harbor entrance and bottom and a raft of some sort for close inspection of water level structures. Torches, rope, tools, timbers, etc. We can assume a general list will be available but anything specific should be mentioned.

We'll be traveling there by boat and trying to use the wharf there to land on. I'm going to PM Thalar to ask that the one specific thing we'll be looking at while surveying the site from the lake this EA will be if the wharf appears usable. I'm also going to try and build an explorers cart when I get back just for this trip to haul supplies from the boat into the ruins.

My call for this weeks EA is to survey the site from the lake, finish fishing, and head back with the fish. Then we start preparing for the ground survey.

Ok then, we'll go back home and survey the dock site fully at a later date. EA posted, please vote!

I just wanna give a heads up, that for some reason, I can't load up the voting options, so I might not be able to get my vote for the fishing expedition in in time. If anyone has a suggestion, cause I'm not entirely sure what to do, I'd gladly listen.
What? Is something wrong with my hair? Why do you keep looking at me like that?-Winkro

Just try again every now and then, cause you're not the only one.

Hey guys

Fishing expedition is over, thanks for everyone who participated and made this a huge success :) only action left is to process the fish so it can be stored long term and used as a food supply for the clan!

Cheers everyone
