Noble families don´t need special houses. If they do want some they should set up the EA action for it and ask for support.

Also that way we´ll have some building projects left for after the timeskip to work/concentrate on.

Also, if people create additional families after we do this, we'll have to invent important buildings to give them and spend valuable ea turns building them their own family enclaves. They would feel slighted if they were excluded just because they didn't start their family up/join soon enough.

Points all, then perhaps we can make a different time skip project?

Perhaps extending the walls to include the cliffs? So we can build it up as a military district? It'll permit us to control the mouth of the river entirely as well.

How about we ask the dvergar architekts if they got an idea to improve our walls/towers? After all they ar the race which is called the best crafters in both metal and stone work. If we can get a wall/tower +10 something compared to what we did on our own then i say that´s worth it.
Also that way we can deepen relationships with our new ally.

The more of their crafters works with us on projects, the better will be their opinion on us. The smiths so far don´t seem to hate us openly compared to the dvergar at their base who never came into contact with us yet expect 6 healers.

Well that might work, we'll loan them once the swords are done so that you guys can do that. Then we can make the explorer grapnels and other items of use, maybe forge the gold into trinkets for trade... busy work until we can get them back to make the medium armor and the other weapons.
