Good find, now we got the blueprint for our clan first wargolem. Just need to scrap our useless overpriced mount spider for the legs and gems.

It's will need warpaint on its cover and a happy smile face painted on its front.

It´s basically a very huge and very long crossbow/crossrifle which will shot special arrows/bombs/whatever, made to take down enemy golems or to rain fire on normal enemy units. :P

[[ Mina and i have sketched on either a flamethrower or a Water/Ice cannon, both very devastating, but there is also another idea we've been tinkering with. Flechette cannon, high powered death dealer.

Well we found our warmounts. Big, nasty carniverous and never before seen before griffins.
We need to capture them alive at all cost so we need to build at least half a dozen of these babies. Of course we can always make a ballista carrying golem shoot a even bigger version of a net.

We have empaths in our clan? I thought we could not have empaths because it's a trait that is hereditary. o_O

Well i finaly found a good video that demonstrate how effective the net gun will be.
It's non lethal and can capture anything without harming them so we can capture them raccoons safely.

There was one other thing i had thought of... We already have those Golem drills right? Well, instead of the drill bit, give them a long pole with a propeller on the end and HEY PRESTO! transferable outboard motor!

The size of the motor used for the drill may be effective in a small boat. Perfect for the scouts to use in the marshes where the kotorcs live. Add a small turret crossbow machine gun and we have this.

Image

Could also make a small passenger ship to travel some folks to the small island and use it to fish nearby the settlement.

Image

But it won't work with the boat design of Alu since its to big for the size of the small motor.

Oh, agreed, totaly! Its for small boats only...

Of course, that brings up the idea of an inflatable & transportable 'boat' that the scouts could carry overland to access not just the northern marshes, but also the southern lake, and it river to the sea to the south.

Probably the best we'll be able to do is a curricle, a hide skin boat.

This large golem is designed for forestry.

It's squat quadruped design limits design cost while maintaining excellent power and inherent balance. Two different design schools where used in is chassis and arm creation, mechanical and organic, while the primary downing of trees is done by a mechanical saw arm the bark, branch stripping and towing are done by the organic-like barbed tentacle arm. The undercarriage is organic bug-like reverse joint legging system, while the top of the chassis and cockpit are semi-armored in a mechanical fashion.

Designed to be operated by one or two handlers, it features a double cockpit and fully controllable from both.

Combat is not recommended as the top speed is projected to reach only 4 miles per hour although a quick death would be expected by anyone hit by the saw arm and a comparatively slow death by being shredded and torn to the bone by the bark stripper arm.

Golem Shop

Large hanger bay for the construction, storage and maintenance of golems. The hanger bay is designed to focus explosions through the roof and doors while leaving the rest of the structure intact. Experimental steel framework design helps to facilitate "blowing the roof off" as apposed to the structure catching fire or collapsing after cataclysm.

The adjoining workshop contains small forges, workstations and cabinets full of precision tools to design and fabricate the "tiny bits" of golems and other engineering projects. Can accommodate up to twenty technicians and engineers before proximity causes the outbreak of boffer weapon battles.
