Taruna's Agenda:
Taruna wrote:- I will make decisions and actions with the clan, not for them.
Therefore I will always try to keep a early draft action up that can be openly discussed by all clan members (not only the warriors) and form the different opinions and suggestions into my actions as much as possible.
My final drafts will be on the forums on Sundays, together with statements of my decisions.
Open communications, suggestions and constructive critiques can only improve me and the team play all over the Clan.

- Naturally, I will be a responsible Warmaster.
Any possible personal disputes will not stand before my duty as Warmaster. I will respond to all posts and PM's as much and as fast as I am capable of.

- I will always strive to improve the warriors as much as possible.
Be it (MORALE- ;) ) training, school or mounts, we as warriors are committed to protect Ther'avare, it's citizen and it's holding at our best shape. I will take this job serious. This will also include the addition of ranged combat.

- I will make sure that every warrior will get his deserved "screen time"
Contribution shall not go unseen, so more active warriors will be featured more often. Naturally, I won't neglect those who are not in the favourite condition to be online on a daily base.

- I will introduce a possible change of the Warmaster position on a regular base.
I mean it. After 9 months I will re-open the Warmaster position with open and fair votes. Only a trusted Warmaster is a good Warmaster, a re-vote on a regular base is a good point to keep on my toes and give other players the possibility to convince the clan of his/her ability to lead the warriors too. I am not going to cling on this position, but naturally will strive to be re-elected ;)
[New Warmaster Vote: June, 1st 2011]

A general warning:
Everyone who puts up and/or votes for a VOLUNTEER ACTION will remove himself from his Squad and the ranked for the ENTIRE TURN do do the described volunteer action. This may be okay during peace times, but warriors doing this kind of stuff during a BATTLE will in the future be considered commencing "insubordination" and dealt with accordingly.
This is not a flight of fancy. This is a warning. You are removing yourself from the duty you have decided to take and in times of battle I need to be able to trust ALL my warriors to be where they are supposed to be.

[Faceless are not to touch or influence in any way. Posts regarding them are a waste of everyone's time and furhermore will be ignored completely.]

Greetings. What a begin of the career. We are under attack.

But fear not, we are able and willing to fend them off. All we need is to keep a cool head and a firm hand.

My plan of actions is for now as follows:

1.) Get the troops together
2.) Save as many Tei'kaliath civilian as possible
3.) Know your enemy
4.) Fend those suckers off our home turf
________

1.) Get the troops together
we have shiny Mana flares. I think it is time to use them
___
2.) Save as many Tei'kaliath civilian as possible
Therefore, we need to bring them into a area where we can defend them. I think the Conference/War room of Ther'avare will do the trick there. It's (I hope) big enough to hold all non-combatants and offers defence for all those who do not wish to fight.
Those of you who don't want to fight, please wait until someone created a Volunteer action and just vote for it. This should ensure your character to be relatively save.
___
3.) Know your enemy
Intel work. I hope Kitab will offer his assistance here.
___
4.) Fend those suckers off our home turf
What we can do now is leave 2 Squads for defending the civilians and our Illhar in the Conference/War room and divide the two others to engage the troops as soon as we know where they are the strongest. Attacking the weaker groups could endanger the civilians.
[Addition] - We also need to help those mine workers out there.
___
This plan is the absolutely first draft, suggestions and ideas are very welcome.

Warrior Dur reporting for duty Commander Taruna! Ready to give "Violence Jack" and his buddies hell, Tei'kaliath style, urrah! }:3

You mentioned waiting for someone to put up "volunteer options" before voting if you want to keep your character safe, what sort of options could these entail? I ask cuz I don't want to endanger whatever plans you may be working on in the mean time, but at the same time I want to do my part to fight off these stinkin invaders :U

Something will need to be done about Sasunra. Unless I am wrong the tournement took place there, so many of our civilians are there as well.

Good point, plus the big guy is about to attack our current Tiray champ and the other contestants. I guess that means me and every other player who was in the tournament is likely there and could rally under any squad captain who happens to have competed at the time, I believe Meck was in the tourny so he may still be there.

Just as an FYI:
The miners are being raided as well, and we are split. SO, I'd make the assumption we are "almost" in combat.

Added it already. You guys are not forgotten!
I think sending a squad to divert them so you guys can get into Ther' is possible.

Squad 6 reporting for duty, warmaster Taruna! We have been patrolling Ther'avare for months and are more than itching for action! Just point us at something to hurt or save and we'll give our best! Ùrrah!

It looks like you will get your chance, Larei. I have no doubt you all will do fine out there. (Doesn't mean I stay in the Conference Room tho ;P)

Just curious; how much coordination is/will be going on between this thread and the non-warriors thread posted by Hellsion?

I don;t think there's such a thing as too much input in this situation.

Oh and Treyla brought to our attention that somehow enemy slipped past all our fancy defences and appeared inside Ther'avare. *hmmm*

Last Warmaster action:
ASSIGNMENTS
- Squad 1 assigned to Healer escort.
- Remaining squads assigned to patrol Ther'avare/Sasunra and holdings, but rotated so that the each squad can have some time off to celebrate and/or participate in the Tournament.

Warriors will ensure that we remain on the lookout; even though it is a time of celebration, we must remain watchful.

How very odd. :S

Should tournament participants who are also warriors, like me, Meck, etc help Nova handle that big bulldozer/sasquatch of a drow male who showed up in the middle of the tournament grounds War Boss?

The problem there is that those are probably "solo Warriors". Please let me thing a while if this is handle-able via Ranked action or better solved as a volunteer action.
