Project Goal: Expand the mana pool to the degree that it can support our current population, as well as allow free movement throughout the surrounding regions.
Consquences for Failure: We're going to start aging, we might even start aging enough to effect our physical abilities. You want wrinkles and grey hairs on your character? Then don't help out on this one.

Consequences for Failure: Our knowledge of golems will be heavily impeded, these are moonsage tech and could prove incredibly useful.

5) Get Exports with Nal's and Dwarves Fully Establish: Organized by Vitus
Project Goal: To have a steady stream of tradable surface goods to go down to the underworld in return for underworld goods to trade with the surface world.
Consequences of Failure: Our trade dries up, we wither and die slowly because we'll probably lose the Nals and Itham Guir as allies, and it'll damage any trade credibility we have and make future trade pacts that much harder to strike.
Subgoal A: Primary Exports need to be establish.
-Wooden Crafts of all sorts. Utensils and dining pieces, tables and furniture, things that are impossible to produce in the underworld. (Achieved by Trey'la?)
-Feathers and surface animal hides. These things, once again, impossible to get in the underworld and thus should be paramount in getting. Painted ones, things fashioned into clothing and knick-knacks and jewelery are also probably a good idea
-For Drow: Surface food, seriously, wheat, fruit, vegetables, nuts, all of these are impossible to get in the underworld and thus are good things to focus on as cash crops.
-For Dvegar: Surface meats and fish and similar.
-For Dvegar: It is possible we can trade INTELLIGENCE on other drow, on trade routes, on underworld maps, on these things, with the Dvegar. By giving them these things, we will gain trust and also, possibly, their alchemical secrets
Subgoal B: Primary Imports Established
-Spider silk, seriously, should be a major import of ours.
-Gems, metals, and others bounties of the earth.
-Knowledge, this is our biggy. Importing teachers, experts, trainers, masters, books, scrolls, libraries.
-From Drow: Magical Items, complex golem parts, foci, these things we can't make ourselves at the moment and will need.
-From Dvegar: Alchemical items, especially their black powder if we can get it. It's utility as a weapon and tool is beyond measure.

Project Goal: Catalogue, study, and replicate all relics recovered from relic hunts in varied ruins.
Consequences of Failure: We lose our best chance at having bitchin' awesome moons-age tech and magic. One of these has already proven to be a potentially powerful weapon, there's at least one Foci amongst the group.
