Well I'm allowed to work at the forge now. So I think I'm marked as "healthy".

ok so you are able to work, but cant lift anything heavy. something we call "Light Duty" you are healty, but not enough for full duty status.

If i was in charge i would congradulate you on being a go getter, but i cant take you due to not being able to fulfill all the duties required of the job. you are willing but not fully able.

think ill of me all you want, but i have been in charge of personal simaler to the warriors. I am a formor US Marine and i made the rank of Sergent. i would assign someone in your health to help desk while the full duty guys would go put up the tents and the heavy work.

all this is my personal opinion and form my own exsperances. Kern might think diffrently

Upgrading the gems in the arm, or switching it out for the ones the Kals agreed to make, is all it would take to have a fully functional arm.

very true, which can happen. the problem is when?

im worried about having a person that is not fully able to do the job and we are planing to swap the gems two terns form now only to have an ambush on us next turn as its game over when he cant hold back the arm this is pushing down the sword into his neck with his golem arm.

no insult ment but it would be like haveing this guy in the phalax and him not able to raise his sheild to protect the man to his left. we can not think of just on person but the clan as a whole.

well, there is such a thing a setting priorities. If Wod'rar became the new Warmaster, I don't imagine he would be put on a queue. working in an administrative role would possibly only last for a turn, especially since shiir is stepping down in this turn, and his replacement is being raised in the same turn (from the look of things). Wod'rar's first official turn could include the fitting of his new arm, joint action with the engineers, for example.

We agreed to and completed the Kal offer, so their is little reason to upgrade the current arm.

As for claiming the golem arms, no one has organized a trip to the Kal to get them yet. (They are not in the resource list) Would take the healers, the two missing an arm and an escort.

We should get the arms taken care of sooner or later.

Kazdrin, who lost his arm, has already been shown in comic with the new golem arm. I included him in an action specifically to check whether we needed to send the injured parties to recieve them. It would appear They have already been given to the injured parties.

He's not gonna win anyway, but if he did all we'd have to do is swap in the Kal golem arm. We should probably do that anyway. I don't know if Tohya or Elif would need to do it.
