I announced back when we made Squad Six, in the warrior thread, that I was going to stop there and start filling out the squads into specialized groups because, at the time, everyone had different weapon assignments and it looked to be rounded out well; I was planning on just having each squad stack from there and specialize accordingly. The idea back then was to have different branches, eventually, that would fill specific roles in battle.
The past several updates have changed my thinking on the matter, and I announced a short while ago - again, in the warrior thread, that I had come to a moment of clarity and realized that what I was doing was going to be a mess shortly because of the way we handle things and the maximum number of warriors we are likely to get. So I'm going back to the five-man squad principle.
Reorganization involving multiple squads takes an action. Next action, with a new hire, I'm going to have enough for a seventh squad, in which case I am going to draw those errant numbers into their own squad and the problem will be solved; nice, neat groups of five once again. I elected to hold off shuffling people until now because I didn't want to risk losing a whole action just to move one warrior when I was going to do it in two weeks anways.
The only mistake here was that I started a plan that wasn't going to work months ago; we are now back on track with the original squad plan.
Don't worry. The situation is well in-hand.
