We could push Jokerface in the direction of the Kir'isu and see what it will do. :D It's large enough that it could think Drow are good food, but we wouldn't know it until we try it. Although that would be a real evil and painful death for Jokerface if it tries to eat her.
If it don't need Drow perhaps we could tame it and use them as mounts. But we aren't sure if there are more than one right? Too get that big they need a lot of food so maybe it's the only one that big.

So far we can use it to get ride of corpse from enemies. We just place them near the Kir'isu and let them do the work. ;)

Ouch :U

Actually I more curious about the pools of water and plants there. This is clearly a dangerous spot, and should be approached with caution.

The Events page said 'Kir'ima discovered large horrifying creatures curled up on nearby stalagmites', which would seem to suggest more than one.

I'm curious to see what the picture will look like on the map when it's updated. *ooo*

Apart from that, avoiding it for the moment might be a good idea.

but you know both the supply master and the healer are very interested in that spot for possible supplies. Actually, so is Ka'hab, but she figures that the chances of her getting anything useful is much much lower than either Kat' or Elif. That is, when she finds out about it. :p

Actually we will probably now start feeding the enemy dead to the tik'tikki; it will add more meat to their diet.

As for the kiri'su the warriors could stay in pairs close to each other so that they can go back to back if one tries to surround them. It says that kiri'su kill slowly; two people cutting its soft underbelly and the rest attacking the head and outside could probably finish it off with only minor damage to themselves (especially if some of them are wearing armor) and that is in the worst case scenario where it actually manages to surround someone. You could also bait it with something and attack it while it surrounds that. So long as the warriors gang up on one kiri'su at a time I do not think that it would be too dangerous.

The strange plants could be wa'kon and those could be useful in the future for lighting the ruins; if we eventually can safely get to them.

Praise the gods, we finaly got rid of the body !!

Thank you Donny for filling in for Reza

I think we have been putting a lot of stress on the Illharess lately, maybe we can have her train her Tiray again to unwind a bit?

I agree with Khanzalika. But I'll also put up the option for getting a mana specialist. With the Quel matter settled, and the slavers being assumed to be slaves, we have a lull in the number of pressing issues that needs to be settled. That being the case, this should be the perfect time to ask for said specialist. It's about time too, isn't? We've been hitting the wall numerous times in the past on issues of what is, and isn't, possible to do with our current mana skill level and affinities.

And this being Due'gar means the suggestion will be put forward much like this:

Um, excuse me. Um. Ill'haress An'Jhali. There's a growing need in the clan for a mana specialist. <--- *intimidated as heck*

Let's hope she hears him, or what? ^^;

I wonder if the statement about her learning to be wary of groups with too many differing opinions will come back to haunt us later.

My thought on the matter are: "Of course it will." But is it really bad?

In terms of time used in the game, we just used almost a whole day contemplating and arguing about how to bury someone. It used up time we could have better spent resolving other issues and making other suggestions. In terms of gameplay, we just used two (or three?) weeks doing the same. Of -course- Kern decides that An'jhali becomes wary of time-wastage like that. It doesn't benefit the clan or the game very much.

Will it come back to haunt us? Only in the cases where issues run as deep as Quel's, to settle them, I'd say. Which might be good or bad, depending. There -will- be, on certain issues, heavy suggestionry and split opinions, there's no way around that other than trying to do our personal best to opinionize and settle things in one go, if we can. If we can't, then we must settle them the second time around, or else An'Jhali may be asked to intervene (again), intervene on her own or ignore the issue entirely, to our betterment or detriment.

M'self, I'm gonna start having as a general guideline to save my vote until I have a clearer picture (through the discussion of the chat box and here on the forum) of which way the wind is blowin', so to say, and what sounds the most practical thing to support. And wait a few days before voting, so said advice can show up.

What's done is done. An'jhali will act as she will act. The question is now, "Where do we go from here?" We should savour the moment when we aren't facing yet another crisis. We all feel like we should be doing more, but that is for the ranked members to delegate. An'jhali deserves some rest. So does all the clan. The rankers can handle things for a while at least, so perhaps it is time to explore the possibility of some leasure activities? There is a time for tense muscles and sharp minds and there is a time to sheath our swords, lest they rust from over-use.

I'm in favour of music. Anyone else like music? We could use clay and old clothes from the slaver's supplies to make drums.

Hopefully she won't shy away from conflicts of opinion though.

Moonfire: Or those of us without a "job" and being able, could relax as a clan with Tir'ay practice while the rest watch on, and not just An'jhali. Miburu's suggestion could count as both, and it's likely up to Kern how to interpret it. It would at least get out some of the frustrations from all that arguing, wouldn't it?

The music suggestion, while nice, could be kept to another time. We've just had a funeral and there's still plenty of work to do for some. A party with dancing and music would be held mainly for those who aren't doing anything. Which isn't fair, dangit! *upset*

Thalar: We give her our support, and look to her to make decisions. If she shies away from conflicts of opinion, that would be very bad indeed, and something the clan itself should try to fix pronto. But I don't think that'll happen. We'll have to see.

Hmm... Actually that is a damn good point. I concede, but I will let the vote decide as to the 'best' course of action.

An'jhali shall, as always, have my full and utmost support, no matter her actions. I will advise with the rest of the clan and voice my opinion, but I will always follow to the end, whatever end. If An'jhali wishes to avoid conflicts of opinion and will not allow the clan to convice her otherwise, I will stand by her before the clan. That is my duty and our duty is all we can do.
