OK... So, we've gone from attacking them on ground of our choosing. To attacking them willy nilly, as a semi-disorganized mob throwing stones in an attempt to steal what may be an old war-mount who may not like being around people he doesn't know and thereby alerting all the slavers that someone is attacking them?

Wow... We're doomed... ((que the 'Doom Song' Grr!!))

So... anyone approve of Tohya's plan of attacking them Rambo-style since they're marching in a single-file line? We have more than enough trained fighters and scouts that we can actually take out several, if not the majority of them, without alerting the rest until it's too late.

Personally I'm all for it.

We're hardly doomed, oh great nay-sayer. Both plans are occuring at the same time; thieving their pack mount nets us stuff no matter what, and when they go for the lizard (and assaulting whoever was left to guard it), we ambush the slavers while they're marching through the fortress, regardless of what formation (a single file would be nice, but we'll take what we can get).

The previous plan was interrupted, so we're stuck with something last minute; the fact that the warriors/scouts/whoever's left is fighting these guys *in* the ruins is already something I was trying to avoid, but at this point our job isn't to come up with masterful strategy so much as it is to make the situation we're stuck in, work.

As is often the case in the military, much to my lament (I'm sure you can attest!)

So, don't worry, Rulishia. We've got this covered. Are you ready? We'll be pretty busy taking out slavers pretty soon! =3

I too can see the benefits of both the plans if they are executed simultaneously. The enemy separated themselves in two groups if both groups are attacked at the same time they'll be too distracted to notice what is happening to their comrades.
Anyway best of luck warriors, I'm pretty sure you guys'll do this one fine.

I'm just not all too thrilled about the whole 'civvies throwing rocks at them' gig. Usually doesn't go too well for the civvies.

Well so long as we don't come across too many hurdles and that both assaults go off without too many hitches. ((and I do hope you're playing around with me with that comment Madea))

So, we'll continue the 'Doom Song'. It'll just be their doom Grr will be singing. :P

Everybody has spooken, now it's time for battle. May Sharess bless use and bring doom upon our enemies.

If we win, we should take the "Jokers" head as well as the head of the ex-gladiator. There skulls are sure nice trophies for the camber of our Illharess. I'm sure it wouldn't be the last people who tries to Insult/bully/attack us. In the end we would have a nice collcetion of our old enemies. :D

Well, last time we had civies throwing rocks its worked well. :} Besides, the people involved here don't have guns, and we've not seen any long-range weapons (beyond a mana burst, but the people involved are going to be way too distracted to be able to summon that.)

Yssa don't you consider going over to the warriors? I can't imagine it's going to be easy being a scout while hauling a huge axe around.

and Finish those skulls should be on spikes at the front of our fortress, not messing up the chamber of our fair Ilharess
