DAMN! So that means we don't have a massive wall incircling all but 5 feet from the rest of the cavern wall? and we force everybody to use rope ladders and rent riding lizards from us for transport?

Meska: tanarill. No caps. I am almost certain I will get tired of repeating this fast. XD

Hetros: If we have the resources to do that, why not just block off the tavern entirely and control exactly who gets through?

For a temporary wall we could build a simple stone wall and pile rubble from the city behind it. This would require the least resources as the rubble needs to be cleared anyway. The amount of clay we have is too limited to use it for a filler in the wall.

Those with earth sorcery and our limited clay supply would be better used on the buildings for now.

True true, I was assuming the ruins would be fixed before a wall would be built but i suppose it makes more sense to do them both.
Or atleast get the wall started while repairing ruins, i tend to forget we have over 170 member altho only a handful of us are active.

But i will say lately there have been alot of people joining and getting active, So to all the newest members, Again Welcome to the clan and thanks for getting active.

Over 50 who have bothered to create a character 32 of whom are ranked members or assistants. Out of 184 paying P2P subscriptions that's not too bad. :)

:answering question from shout box:

Food: We've got a ton of it, 20 seafood, Baked Algae 49. MORE than enough to last us for a few months.
Drink: Water 4. not a lot, but enough to last us until either we either find a clean well, or renew the irrigation system, and if it isn't enough, we can get more with the containers we have. Zorland is a good supply master, she's thought it out ^^

Getting the ruins mapped was also mentioned in the shout box. An architect could do that as well. Room assignments for the Ill'haress, the Healer and her staff of nurses and storage and office space for the Supply master are also things that would be good to arrange quickly. Having the rest of us stay in the big halls (as shown in the comic) would probably be best for the time being.

Yes we definatly should start with rebuilding the ruins. First of all I think we should start with the room of the Ill'haress, she's the most important person and her room has to build first and must look impressive.
We also need a place where we can keep our injured enmies. Just for there own safty so that they can't to something dangerous like trying to attack our nurses and getting hurt by a awesome kick in the jewellery. :D
And we should place guards who watch the hinterland, not that we end up like the slaves, we caugth by surprise.

Now would be a good time for the supply master to set up a small resource post along the river so we can get food and drinking water from there.

An architect would be good but the first thing should really be moving the people in.

Once we have the people in we are less vulnerable.

It also gives us a ready mass of faceless workers to start developing our little ruin paradise.
