Hey Shawn,

8-bit theater has all their comics for free Brian gets his money from donations and from selling stuff........ At Megacon in Florida he was there and I would have bought his $35 dollar book that's unrelated to the web comic just because it was made by him. If you make a webcomic it should generate more hits and more die hard fans who will buy your stuff just because you made it and they love the whole pink lemonade thing!

I wouldn't mind seeing a web-comic or a paper comic myself - I already love what you have done so far on Pink Lemonade. I'd prefer it to be free as some of the posters have already stated, but if I do have to pay, I wouldn't mind paying a small subscription charge.

Well I really hope you make it into a comic, because it'll be at least another year and a half before I can legally watch the OVA. I'm hoping the comic won't have as much adult content, but it's your story so if you don't want to tone it down I guess I'll have to wait.

I'd still support a comic though even if i had to wait.

You are talking about PL, therefore it's my word on what's relevant or irrelevant about its purpose or intent, and I'm telling you that not only is PL not hentai, but it was also not why I wrote it the way I did. "Oh, it would sell better to include this, or this" was never in my mind.

If you want to say "lesbian hentai in general sells better", be my guest, and I'll have nothing to say on the matter, lacking good statistics on the subject. But don't bring Pink Lemonade into it.

Regardless of how you intend the piece to be received, many people will consider Pink Lemonade hentai if it contains numerous uncensored sexual scenes (though I don't know how frequent or "hard" the scenes will be).

I've explained many times before that I'm going on the model of content found in normal American movies, which received R ratings, not X ratings. There's a very simple way to determine if something is porno or not -- does the story drive the sex, or does the sex drive the story? It's pointless to speculate about how it will be received until it's actually released.
