Purpose:
This is the beginning of the Shadow Children RP, involving the war between a the V'loz'ress subhouse and the Barra'Dalharen clan. One of the last survivors of the raid upon the old stronghold is Ktonos the last of the shadowdancers. He is skilled in their ways and will teach any the clans techniques. The other possible survivors is a young yathrine the future lover of Ktonos and a young warrior of the clan who was on patrol during the attack in the tunnels.

Setting:
The lonely ruins of the lost clan have stood here for the last few years. Demonic magis had torn this once proud fortress apart when the subhouse of the V'loz'ress raided the Barra'Dalharen in a final act of Tyranny against their old bretheren. There are a few areas known to the clan.

The Training room that houses the entire arsenal of the clan, many poisons stand upon the racks. But now the bottles are shattered and few of the deadly liquids and powders are gone.

The Inner Sanctum houses the books of the shadow magics used by the clan in their sorties that they accomplished over their chosen targets.

The Ledger room houses the records of the clan's dealings with larger clans such as the Val'sharen for ordered assasinations over minor nobles of other clans.

The throne room holds the great obsidian throne and alter of the shadowy sharess with 9 eyes and a wraithlike black body.

Allies of Old:
Val'Ilhar'dro ~ Since they were a partially nomadic clan the Barra'Dalharen were used in quiet sessions to remove this clans' rival's trade caravans.

Val'Sharen~ Hired to hunt into the underdark for escaped slaves and minor criminals. Only had a few dealins mostly with minor nobles.

Val'Kyorl'Solenurn~ Gave willing support to the Drowossu tainted hunters in secret and were respect among this clan.

Enemies:
Errdegahr'Klu'chud~ A former house of the Barra'Dalharen they practiced demon summoning and seeding and were banished. Later they returned and raided the clan in vengence and gave them to the V'loz'ress as presents many new dolls and hosts bodies for demons appeared that day.

Shaking aside the broken door into the fortress. The Drowolath stepped quickly and quietly into the throne room, the old gate house had been smashed by a rampaging golem during the raid. Now inside the room of the throne and altar, Ktonos bowed and sent a silent prayer to Sharess. A figure of a great shadowy 9 eyed drowish looking figured soared from the back of the spider shaped throne to the ceiling above.

He had spent the last of his childhood here, learned the ways of the shadwodancer. Then they had come and taken it away, there was only one way to stop it. To destro the Demon Spawn. But, for now he didn't have the political or man power to do so. For now the ruins would become his hideaway...

Ktonos wasn't the only one there, soon enough around the fortress came some faint footsteps, a small drow wandered in, not much morre than a street child.

"Umm, sir, someone is looking for you up at the sharen fortress, they said to give you this."

the child handed the assassin a small scroll.

to whom it may concern.

it has come to our attention that we have found some cause for your concern, your clan was once a valuable ally for us and we have need of your skills once again, at current we are in the middle of a hunt for a renegade subhouse of the Sharen, they are supposedly meeting with a member of the clan Vlozress, once a subhouse of your clan.

the name we have is Illhar, second daughter of errdeghar'klu'chud clan, this may concern the remnants of your clan.

we offer you vengence and the sum of 3000 ada to accompany us to the wilderness and assassinate this noble of the Vlozress and the head of the subhouse we are hunting for.

after handing over the scroll, the child scampered off to wherever he came from.

Looking at the note, Ktonos grinned slightly. The Sharen required his services once again, and the price would help to repair his clans stronghold in the future. After watching the child leave the area, the scampering of the small feel could be heard from the main hall. Walking to his right the assassin entered the training room. Refilling his store of acids and poisons the assassin made sure he was ready.

Placing a black hooded cloak over his Barra'Dalharen armor he proceeded towards the exist via the throne room. Looking back as he walked through the broken gate, the assassin headed back towards the city. Passing the walls of the drowossu, he grinned again, the Val'sharen fortress was in sight.
