Old Man Henderson in DT

There can only be one option.

Henderson infiltrates Felde through the business end of a shotgun after parkinghis buick outside the city limits, somehow hijacks the airship then rams it into snadhyas tower and set its core to blow (through the use of copious ammounts of C4), he jumps out and parachutes away before impact, landing near the docks and stealing a boat which he then rides across to the safe side of the lake before the Felde guards can figure out what the fuck just happened. He then gets in his buick a drives off only realizing the next day that he forgot to check the dungeons for his wee men.

...as for Simon Jimmy and Will, they would most likely die in "The Airship Debacle".

Dear god...

The underworld would not survive.

We should keep in mind that no one expected old man henderson to succeed in his origin adventure that was what made his triumph so great as it was against all odds and if he hasn't become a master martial artist/gunman/wizard in possession of a massive arsenal in the mean time between then and when you are bringing him over then he will likely fail and if you give him any of that i don't know if it will be the same as his shtick was succeeding against all odds the thing is if you just expect him to win then it isn't against all odds and if you don't assure his victory then he may fail because you know he is going against all odds.

Are you allowed to meet alternate versions of yourself? I thought the timestream would prevent that.

If we go by how it went originally then they all survive until the final battle where henderson kills the demon god by recalling his first name which existence cannot tolerate so everything that heard it is annihilated and every named character(along with a good number of unnamed characters) dies except for jimmy who was off doing something else at the time presumably jock stuff. Also during that quest he probably levels half of the underworld and a good portion of the overworld and destroys so many golems and buildings he is on the hit list of every faction in the world and kills so many gribblies he could feed the entirety of niwacer for several years(if they could tolerate the stuff).

EDIT
He also meets that guy destroys all psions along the way and they chill out.

The path is obvious.

The destruction of Hastur was not without fallout. Rather than being destroyed alongside is hated foe, Old Man Henderson was flung through the nether. By that, I mean he went in one end and out the other. Needless to say, Nyo'ka would be surprised and confused by an irate goblin emerging from a dimensional vortex to a world composed purely of energies that such creatures are inherently incapable of interacting with. Once the man was calmed by an offering of meat tender enough for a creature so decrepit to chew, she'd consult Kiel'nadia.

Kiel, receiving whispers from beyond the fourth wall, would happily tell the goblin man about the schoolmistress who has her fingers in everyone's pies and is intent on possessing everything of value in the world. Including, but not limited to, the wee men. The old man would proceed to grumble about fumfuzzles nabbing all the doodads before going down to Kar'liir's lab and forcing the mad scientist watch him invent modern firearms before marching out with body armor, an automatic shotgun, a grenade launcher, and enough ammunition between the two to wipe out a moderately sized village.

By the time his work was done, everyone else would be working on arming the turtle. His arrival proves a distraction to Sara'hilana for a bit as they talk firearms, the Balvhakara finding the gun-toting goblin positively adorable. The distraction of helping him improve his grenades is enough that the presence of the Nuqrah clans gets sorted out before anyone actually notices that she shouldn't be there. Between Sara's approval and his tossing some pads to Chrys (you know what kind, there's a reason to have them in his backstory) they decide to bring him along.

During the trip to Felde, Kiel's minions brief Old Man Henderson on what a horrific bitch Snad and Khaless are, even though they and Kalki were all three incredibly sexy. Old Man Henderson would naturally assume them to be some sort of succubi - fulladoo fiends by his terms - and resolve to see to the destruction of the nibnibbling highdeehos. Chrys and Shinae want to keep him locked up when they arrive, but this becomes somewhat complicated by his disappearing immediately before arrival.

Things go as per canon, for the most part, at least until the Sarghress start their smash and grab. As soon as that starts, Old Man Henderson concludes that now the time has come to spring into action. He sets the timers on the explosives that have them, arms them, then heads toward the action with his trusty shotgun at the ready. The element of surprise coupled with aiming for the unarmored parts lets him handle lone guards, while throwing grenades underhand is enough to rout small groups so he can finish them off with the shotgun.

Unfortunately, he has no idea where he's going until he comes across a lone drow being chased by a small group of drow wearing the uniforms of the drow he's been killing. He's far enough off that he can break out the grenade launcher and make a spectacle of himself. Thump, thump, thump. Boom, boom, boom. The Sarghress that snatched the cure decides to hand the cure to the goblin, explaining in slow words that it's important medicine that needs to be kept safe. After he nods and they exchange salutes (he fought in Vietnam) the Sarghress departs. Old Man Henderson, being distracted from his original goal of precision slaughter with a sidequest, seeks to hide himself.

Canon goes back on the rails, for the most part, save that Old Man Henderson takes Sara's place in the scene where there's an argument about whether he should be executed. This argument is made somewhat more heated by the shotgun Old Man Henderson has pointed at Kalki's girlfriend. Kharla interrupts as per canon, and after the Nids back off Old Man Henderson gives her the vial of the cure, quietly explaining that the nutters in them tighty bits gonna want that, but it he'll be narmuckled if that go by. Kharla, rather distressed at the idea of her new boyfriend being narmuckled, promises to keep the vial safe.

Then, as the execution is about to start, Old Man Henderson pulls out the countdown dial Sara made and asks her how long until the party pops. She starts counting down, which gets the attention of all the Vloz gathered focused on Old Man Henderson.

Who is pointing at the airship.

The countdown gets to zero before the execution begins.
